Reaching Our Editorial Team
Questions about our guides, corrections and ideas for improving them are welcome through our contact form, which is the single route to our editorial team. The form takes a short message and needs no account, and no addresses or numbers are needed. A subject line naming the topic in a few words helps the message reach the right person.
What happens to a message
Messages reach our editorial team only, and every message is read by a person. A few points describe their handling:
- A message is read by the people who maintain the guides and is used for the reply alone.
- A name or an e-mail address that a reader volunteers for the reply is kept for the length of the conversation.
- Our privacy policy describes how information in our guide is handled in general.
Who handles account matters
The casino’s own support
Login, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, verification and complaints belong to the casino’s own support team, because Qzino is the operator and holds the account records.
Why the split matters
We are an independent information site, so a request that concerns a balance or a payment gets the quickest answer from the operator. A message to us on that subject is pointed onward to the operator.
Corrections and feedback
Corrections
A reader who finds an outdated rule or a wrong figure is encouraged to name the page and the sentence in question. Confirmed corrections are made in the guide itself, and the reply says what changed.
Suggestions
Ideas for new topics or clearer explanations are read by the editorial team. Suggestions that fit the scope of our guides are added to the planning list.
Praise and criticism
General feedback on how easy a guide is to read helps us shape later updates, and it is appreciated in either direction. A remark on layout, wording or the order of sections is as useful to an editor as a remark on a figure.
Before writing
A message is answered most quickly when it includes:
- the guide or section concerned;
- the sentence or figure in question, copied as it appears;
- what the reader expected to find, in one line;
- the country or device, if relevant.
Account security and verification
What stays out of messages
Passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers and copies of identity documents stay out of a message to our editorial team, because a question about a guide needs none of them.
Why a short message works best
One clear question with the page title attached lets an editor check the text against the operator’s current wording and answer in a single reply, without a back-and-forth exchange. A message with several unrelated questions is easier to answer when each question is sent on its own.
